Characteristics

The sectional door panel is made up from two coil-galvanised steel sheets which are bonded together with an insulating core of rigid polyurethane foam. We use solely 40 mm thick panels to ensure optimal insulate properties for all our garage doors. The special designed shape of the ends of the panel prevents fingers from getting trapped between the elements.

Surface

To enhance the rigidity and the look of the panel, metal sheets on outer and inner side can be profiled by various way. Surfaces used on our panels are introduced bellow.

	Woodgrain This is the most common type of surface on garage door. It emulates the structure of wood. Eye appealing with combination of wood foil but popular with traditional RAL colors (especially with RAL 9010) too.
	Stucco The look of stucco surface can be compared to look of orange peel. Stucco is very traditional design of panels and after years of using your garage door you will certainly appreciate that stucco surface is still in the vogue.
	Plain Exclusive look for exclusive door. Garage door assembled of plain panels is always frontispiece.

Painting

All panels are available in their standard colors (usually RAL 9010 or RAL 9002) but we are prepared to paint your door blade from both sides to almost all colors according to RAL.
