Type of motors

Motors for sectional doors are intended for installation directly on the shaft. Based on the type of operation in emergency situations, we divide motors into 3 basic categories. KE motors realize emergency operation by means of endless hauling chain. E motors are so called "de-clutchable" motors. When emergency situation occurs, door shaft is de-clutched from motor and doors can be operated manually. This type of motors requires to spring break security device is installed. KU motors have emergency operation realized by turning of a handle.
